You hold the drawing
You supply the technical drawing or a competitor sample and we build to it, matching hair, ferrule and handle spec within your tolerance.
02 · Sample-based
We iterate the sample
We produce a first sample from your reference, then adjust hair grade, tip shape, weight and balance until it is approved for bulk.
03 · Full ODM
We design the range
Take any of our 600+ existing SKUs, or let our engineers shape a range for your market — including patented handle and reservoir constructions.
Branding
Your mark, four ways.
Applied in-house on handle, ferrule or packaging — silk printing for fine line work, pad printing for curved surfaces, embossing for a tactile finish, laser engraving for metal and dark wood.
MOQ & sampling
From 3 pcs on selected styles.
MOQ is per product and depends on the style. 50 pcs is the common minimum across the Kolinsky and nail-brush lines; artist sets normally run 100–500 sets. Samples are produced for approval before bulk production runs.
Prototypes are charged and credited against the bulk order by arrangement.
Quality
Checked three times
before it ships.
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks on every line, and a 100% finished-goods check by five dedicated QA/QC inspectors. Pre-shipment inspection covers appearance, dimension and function.
Incoming
Hair, filament, ferrule metal, handle blanks and packaging are checked against the approved standard.
In process
Grading, setting, crimping and logo application are inspected at each line, not only at the end.
Finished goods
100% check of tip, shedding, ferrule fit, handle finish and logo before packing.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is per product and depends on the style. It goes as low as 3 pcs on one adjustable liner brush, and 50 pcs is the common minimum across the Kolinsky and nail-brush lines. Send your target quantity and we will confirm exactly what applies.
Can you make brushes to our own design and branding?
Yes — that is most of what we do. We customise bristle and hair, ferrule, handle, size, colour, logo and packaging, and we offer design-based customisation, sample-based customisation and full ODM. Your mark can be applied by silk printing, pad printing, embossing or laser engraving.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample-based customisation is part of our standard process: we work from a drawing, a reference sample or a product link, then produce a sample for your approval before bulk production runs.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001, EN71 parts 1/2/3, and RoHS and RoHS 2.0 are held certifications. REACH, FDA and BSCI are confirmed and supplied against your specific product and target market. Third-party BV and QIMA test reports, an SGS group assessment and pre-shipment inspection are available.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated manufacturer and exporter — industry and trade combined under one roof, with our own export team. Jiangxi Yihuale Pen Industry Co., Ltd. runs 5,000 m² of floorspace and more than ten production lines in Wengang, Jinxian, and our brush-making heritage goes back to 1987.
Where do you ship, and how fast do you answer?
We have been exporting since December 2010 and ship to more than 120 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and East Asia. We run 24-hour online reception and reply within two business hours on average.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes, and we encourage it. If travel is not practical we can arrange a live video call of the production line, share the inspection report, or walk you through the Alibaba Verified Factory VR showroom.
